Amid growing speculation, the authority has released key updates to keep stakeholders informed of the current progress and upcoming decisions.

Official Clarification from FGEHA

During a notification released on July 15, 2025, the FGEHA affirmed that the pricing in regards to the final plots situated in Sectors F-14 and F-15 is yet to be fixed. The authority highlighted that the process is in the reviewing phase, which entails professional consultation, engineering estimation as well as financial evaluation. Sector F-15 was carried out a topographic survey already and an integrated development timetable is under study.
